The Sun, Moon and Stars
Did you know the ancient Egyptians believed the Sun was a god that controlled the universe? That sailors used stars to navigate their way across the oceans? Did you know that some cultures still follow lunar calendars today? In this challenge you’ll be looking at some of the objects in space and what ancient civilisations thought they were. If you want to you can fill in the sheet attached to show how much you’ve learnt this week.
